- Application prep: building permit application (BPA) and Notice of Commencement, including folio, legal description and owner-of-record lookups
- Submission to the city or county
- Email and phone communication with the permitting office on your behalf

- Up to 2 rounds of plan-review comment responses and resubmittals
Not included
- City, county and agency fees, including NOC recording (paid by the client at cost)
- Architectural drawings, engineered plans, surveys or design services
- Site visits and in-person inspection attendance (available on request)
- Plan corrections that require a licensed design professional
Payment terms
- 50% deposit before work begins; 50% on completion (permit issued or closed)
- Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance
- Pay by Zelle, or ACH if Zelle isn't an option
- Quotes are valid for 30 days
