Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the permit-expediting and administrative services we provide. Last updated September 2026.

1. Who we are

Best Permit Runners (South Florida permit expediting) provides permit expediting and administrative support to contractors and property owners in South Florida. Reach us at (754) 214-9077 or nrproservicesllc@gmail.com.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

We prepare, submit, track and clear comments on permit applications as your authorised agent, using the documents, authorisations and information you give us. We are not a law firm, not an engineering or architectural firm, and not your licensed contractor.

  • Permits are issued to the licensed contractor or owner-builder named on the application. Nothing here transfers or lends a contractor licence or qualifier.
  • We do not guarantee that a permit will be approved, or approved by a particular date. Review times, fees and requirements are set by each building department and can change without notice.
  • Information on this site about city requirements is general guidance, reviewed on the date shown on the page. Always confirm current requirements with the jurisdiction before filing.
  • Notarial acts are performed by a commissioned Florida notary public, and remote online notarization additionally requires that notary's state registration. Documents that require notarization cannot be electronically signed through this site.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you give us: licence and qualifier details, owner authorisations, plans, product approvals, and payment of jurisdiction fees. You confirm you are authorised to act for the property owner or contractor on whose behalf work is filed. Giving us false or unauthorised information may make an application invalid and is your responsibility, not ours.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees are quoted before work starts, and prices shown on this site are current service rates, not a binding quotation for your job. Government permit, impact, recording and inspection fees are separate and are paid by you, whether directly or reimbursed to us. Invoices are due on receipt unless the invoice says otherwise. Work may pause on unpaid invoices. Because a permit is filed with a public agency, service fees are not refundable once filing work has begun.

5. Client portal, uploads and electronic signatures

Portal links are access keys: anyone holding a link can view that project. Do not forward them beyond the people who should see the file, and tell us if a link should be revoked. You agree that electronic signatures made through this site are valid and enforceable under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (Fla. Stat. §668.50), and that we may keep an audit record of the signing, including timestamps, IP address and document hashes.

6. Limits

Our services are provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a permit file is limited to the service fees you paid us for that file, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, delay damages or liquidated damages on your construction contract.

7. Documents and ownership

You keep ownership of your documents. We keep ownership of our software, templates, checklists and the material on this site. Permit forms and product approvals issued by government agencies and manufacturers remain the property of whoever published them.

8. Ending the engagement

Either of us can stop the engagement in writing. You stay responsible for fees earned and costs advanced up to that point, and we will hand over the file so another agent can continue it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state courts serving the county where our office is located.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when your job was accepted are the ones that apply to it.
